What time do you stop selling tickets?
To guarantee entrance for the night/date you want, we highly recommend you purchase tickets online. The ticket booth closes half hour before the event end time. We will update Facebook daily and nightly for each event date.
Where do we park for the event?
We have onsite and offsite parking for the events. When the onsite parking lot is full, the staff will direct you to the offsite parking lot. A free shuttle bus will bring you back to farm. We will update Facebook daily and nightly for parking options.
Do you take credit Cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards. We also have an ATM on site.
Do you close the event down if it rains?
We rarely close due to inclement conditions. Any weather cancellation announcements will be posted on our website and Facebook page.
What Should I wear?
You’re on a working farm. Most of our attractions are outdoors and sometimes affected by rain and other uncontrollable conditions. We recommend good supportive footwear and on cold nights dress warm.
Can I bring a backpack?
No, backpacks and large bags are not allowed in the attractions. Please leave these items in your car.
What is the best time to arrive?
Ticket sales start twenty minutes before the start time of the events, arriving at or around start time normally avoids long lines.
What is the appropriate age for kids?
Parents need to be the judge of their own kids and how they handle scary things. We do not recommend bringing children under the age of 10.
Is there Security at Demarest Farm’s Haunted Orchards?
Yes, security staff and plain clothed Security Personnel. Personnel and attractions are monitored by video surveillance. Haunted Orchards has a ZERO Tolerance policy for trouble makers and unruly guests. These people will be asked to leave the farm without a refund. We want everyone to have a safe and fun experience on the farm.
What if I’m too scared or my kid is too scared, can I get a refund?
Sorry, no refunds.
Are Alcoholic beverages permitted on the farm?
NO! any violators of this policy will be asked to leave the premises without a refund.
Do you have group rates and coupons?
Yes, we have group rates for Thursday Night’s only. Our group rate is for 20 people or more. Please call 201-666-0472 or email firstname.lastname@example.org for questions or reservations. Groups receive $5.00 off regular ticket price. For non-groups or individuals check our website www.hauntedorchardsfarm.com for specials offers.
Is there food available for purchase?
Yes, we have fantastic food. The grill will be open serving burgers, hot dogs, fries and much more. The farm stand will also be open serving Jane’s homemade ice cream, homemade apple cider donuts, farm pressed apple cider, fresh baked pies and a country store full of seasonal goodies.
